This company is awful This company is awful, all of their dog products are wrongly sized. Even after ordering a size larger than we thought we would need and measuring our dog accordingly the item came several sizes to small only to later find out this is everyones experience with this product. Upon emailing for refund we were offered refund or replacement rightly so however we were made to cover the shipping. This company is breaking the law and getting more money out of people and I have since reported them to trading standards.

Update on refund from FunnyFuzzy I liked the cofa cover in Sherpa fleece so ordered another two and unfortunately (totally my fault) ordered the wrong size! I thought I would wait for a refund before ordering a replacement order in the correct size but unfortunately have experienced the same problem as previous customers. Despite returning with a tracking number I was then asked for photographic evidence that the products were as new. I have chased up the company for my refund and they say they are looking into it?????? I am not convinced I will ever get a refund! Has anyone else ever received a refund from them??????? 17th April 2024 I have just received an apology and confirmation that my refund has been authorised. Let’s hope the customer service is improving! 🤞

The product of a dog bed was poor for… The product of a dog bed was poor for the price .Foam matress allegedly orthopedic was lumpy and uneven even after a few days and that was the main reason I bought it for was my elderly dog dont buy from the company packaging was poor .Gonna now try to return it and get my money back not impressed would not recommend DONT USE THEM

A lesson learned I enjoyed browsing the products online, and it is inspiring to see so many beautiful products for pets and it makes you excited to want to spoil and pamper your pets... The reality of receiving the actual products was ultimately a bit disappointing. I suddenly realized the reviews on their website were not to be trusted. The rug I received had multiple reviews saying no shedding and how great a rug it is... When I ran my hand through it, it was as though I had glue on me, there were so many loose long polyester fibers coming off of it and getting everywhere! Just imagine how many would have ended up in my baby's digestive tract if I kept it! It is not enough to offer only a 30% discount in cases like this. I will be mailing it back and not sure yet how much the shipping will cost. The other is a bed I got, and overall I do like it a lot. However, the way the memory foam pad was packaged, left some slight creases on it even after letting it decompress for 24+ hours, and there had been a yellow stain mark on it. For a company that claims to be all about our pets and wanting the best for them, you will learn it is very deceiving. The actual quality and service you receive from them will tell you how much that is just not the case and that you've been scammed! It's not a good feeling, and since they no longer have my trust, I will NOT be ordering from them again! Once I finally had the idea to google search how trustworthy the company is and found it on here.. it's all making sense to me. If only I had thought to check this sooner! A lesson learned.

FALSE ADVERTISING I ordered a dog bed car seat online. Before I ordered it I made sure that the company accepts returns. On the top of their website it says “14 day free returns” well my dog never used it. I emailed the company stating the bed is brand new, it’s within the 14 day return window and I would like a refund. Well they said they don’t do refunds, only on defects! I went back and forth with them through email and they said your dog will eventually use it ect. When I called them out on their false advertising they said sorry and that a refund would be too costly from my address and they could only offer me a 20% discount. This company is scamming people! The bed was over $100 and they led me to believe I had 14 days to do a free refund which is a lie.
