Do not buy from these con artists Do not buy from these con artists. How they can get away with stealing is beyond me. I spent £70 on a dog bed that has never arrived. They state it’s been delivered with no signature but it hasn’t. They won’t refund me and im having an absolute nightmare with them. I wish I’d have read the reviews before I stupidly gave these crooks my hard earned cash. China shouldn’t be allowed to sell into the UK. People like this give the Chinese a bad name !

FALSE ADVERTISING I ordered a dog bed car seat online. Before I ordered it I made sure that the company accepts returns. On the top of their website it says “14 day free returns” well my dog never used it. I emailed the company stating the bed is brand new, it’s within the 14 day return window and I would like a refund. Well they said they don’t do refunds, only on defects! I went back and forth with them through email and they said your dog will eventually use it ect. When I called them out on their false advertising they said sorry and that a refund would be too costly from my address and they could only offer me a 20% discount. This company is scamming people! The bed was over $100 and they led me to believe I had 14 days to do a free refund which is a lie.

SCAM Company Such a scam company. From China when the company address on their site states Albany NY, which is why I proceeded with ordering from them. I tried to be careful by looking at where the company was because I've been burned in the past ordering from these shady companies being from China. Alas, same scam. The product advertised waterproof (couch cover) and it is not. Tried to return, and I too was asked for photos of the product which is BS. They give you such a hard time trying to get a refund that I just gave up.

Excellent quality sofa covers The sofa covers that I ordered were excellent, look good, great quality and nice feel to the material. I will be ordering more from this company.
