The product of a dog bed was poor for… The product of a dog bed was poor for the price .Foam matress allegedly orthopedic was lumpy and uneven even after a few days and that was the main reason I bought it for was my elderly dog dont buy from the company packaging was poor .Gonna now try to return it and get my money back not impressed would not recommend DONT USE THEM

Very dishonest company Very dishonest company. I'm concerned, at this point, that they have taken my money. They offered expedited shipping at checkout that said 1-3 business days. They haven't even shipped my package yet and it's well past the shipping guarantee. Buyer beware

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would! This product arrived and is absolutely nothing like described.. the company accepted a return eventually, after asking for multiple photos, then claimed I had damaged and used the dog bed. Thankfully I paid though PayPal and they assisted me.. the company is the worst..

AVOID!! Absolute joke This company is awful. Products are faulty and they ignore emails about returns. They are really overpriced and communication is horrendous. The most productive part of their company must be the person they hire to remove all the negative comments on Facebook and block you!

Do not buy from these con artists Do not buy from these con artists. How they can get away with stealing is beyond me. I spent £70 on a dog bed that has never arrived. They state it’s been delivered with no signature but it hasn’t. They won’t refund me and im having an absolute nightmare with them. I wish I’d have read the reviews before I stupidly gave these crooks my hard earned cash. China shouldn’t be allowed to sell into the UK. People like this give the Chinese a bad name !
