GBAVOID!! Absolute joke This company is awful. Products are faulty and they ignore emails about returns. They are really overpriced and communication is horrendous. The most productive part of their company must be the person they hire to remove all the negative comments on Facebook and block you!

USVery dishonest company Very dishonest company. I'm concerned, at this point, that they have taken my money. They offered expedited shipping at checkout that said 1-3 business days. They haven't even shipped my package yet and it's well past the shipping guarantee. Buyer beware

USExceeded Expectations I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my car seat, it was very durable and sturdy. Along with shipping being pretty fast, the color is nice. Would highly recommend!

USStill waiting... I placed an order with FunnyFuzzy nearly 2 weeks ago, for a pet carrier, to be used on an upcoming trip. I'm still sitting here waiting for it. I read on the site they were from New York, so figured it would take a week, tops, to get here...12 days later, it's been sitting in TX the past 4 days now waiting to be handed off to USPS from whatever carrier they used to apparently transport this from another country...probably China. This false advertising should be illegal in this country. I'm fed up waiting at this point and fed up with Chinese companies pretending to be local to the US.

GBUpdate on refund from FunnyFuzzy I liked the cofa cover in Sherpa fleece so ordered another two and unfortunately (totally my fault) ordered the wrong size! I thought I would wait for a refund before ordering a replacement order in the correct size but unfortunately have experienced the same problem as previous customers. Despite returning with a tracking number I was then asked for photographic evidence that the products were as new. I have chased up the company for my refund and they say they are looking into it?????? I am not convinced I will ever get a refund! Has anyone else ever received a refund from them??????? 17th April 2024 I have just received an apology and confirmation that my refund has been authorised. Let’s hope the customer service is improving! 🤞
