This product arrived and is absolutely nothing like described.. the company accepted a return eventually, after asking for multiple photos, then claimed I had damaged and used the dog bed. Thankfully I paid though PayPal and they assisted me.. the company is the worst..

Exceeded Expectations I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my car seat, it was very durable and sturdy. Along with shipping being pretty fast, the color is nice. Would highly recommend!

This company is awful This company is awful. I ordered a snow jacket for my dog, it did not fit correctly and they made it nearly impossible to get a refund. It was very diff to even get a reply about how to send it back. I was issued a credit from my credit card company after a dispute, but now they want me to cancel the dispute so they can issue the refund, which I’m not dumb enough to fall for. Do not order from this company

Still haven't received items after 4 months Ordered some sofa covers in December last year and never received them. Emailed the company and they said they were looking into it in January but never heard back. Asked for a refund and still not heard anything.

This company is awful This company is awful, all of their dog products are wrongly sized. Even after ordering a size larger than we thought we would need and measuring our dog accordingly the item came several sizes to small only to later find out this is everyones experience with this product. Upon emailing for refund we were offered refund or replacement rightly so however we were made to cover the shipping. This company is breaking the law and getting more money out of people and I have since reported them to trading standards.
