CABEWARE!!! Can’t use your own kit! Purchased 2 rapid antigen covid testing appointments and didn’t realize I needed to purchase their test kits. I contacted them several times and asked for a refund - still haven’t heard back. I think it’s a total scam!!!! As with so many businesses these days they send out automated messages letting you know that response times are longer because of Covid. It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing…

GBGreat customer service, great product! I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.

GBBluetooth Problem I was having trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my BP monitor. Keiwanda was very responsive and helpful. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The photo of my monitor appeared. It was easy going after that. Thank you, Keiwanda

GBExcellent customer service Pulse Oximeter started acting up past usual Amazon return date. Rixi L. provided very responsive customer service and promptly provided a replacement as the device was less than a year old.
