GBSatisfied customer, plan to stay with them. I have been ordering supplies from Ihealthlabs since the beginning of the pandemic. I ordered 40 thermometers then hundreds of good quality KN95 masks. Over the last 8 months I have ordered about 5000 medical quality masks. At the beginning of the pandemic shipments took a while as they originated from China. Now shipments arrive in three or four days. I have referred them to other departments and they are happy with them as well.

GBHad an issue with a blood pressure… Had an issue with a blood pressure monitor. I had the opportunity to work with a customer service employee by the name of Jade. Very professional and went above and beyond to replace my unit. Not much more I could say except very happy with the way customer service handles my issue. Thanks again.

GBThis company and its support staff are… This company and its support staff are a wonderful team. They went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved with one of my devices. Dave and Jada were such a blessing in getting me the best possible resolution for my issue. The professionalism and the friendliness made me feel that they where on my side and would not rest till the issue I was having was resolved and that I was able to get the best possible health data to my drs. I am a myasthenia Gravis patient who is sennonegative and getting my drs my vitals daily is extremely important. Dave and Jada wasted no time in finding a solution and applying it immediately so that I only lost 1 day of data. These 2 people are without a doubt truly the best at their jobs. Because of their diligence and dedication they are the reason I am now a life long customer. GBGreat customer service, great product! I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.

GBSo far I really like the blood pressure… So far I really like the blood pressure machine I bought but I had a question so I called and left a message and customer service got back to me within a couple of hours. And was able to answer my question.
