BEWARE!!! Can’t use your own kit! Purchased 2 rapid antigen covid testing appointments and didn’t realize I needed to purchase their test kits. I contacted them several times and asked for a refund - still haven’t heard back. I think it’s a total scam!!!! As with so many businesses these days they send out automated messages letting you know that response times are longer because of Covid. It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing…

Great customer service, great product! I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.

Had an issue with a blood pressure… Had an issue with a blood pressure monitor. I had the opportunity to work with a customer service employee by the name of Jade. Very professional and went above and beyond to replace my unit. Not much more I could say except very happy with the way customer service handles my issue. Thanks again.
