Bluetooth Problem I was having trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my BP monitor. Keiwanda was very responsive and helpful. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The photo of my monitor appeared. It was easy going after that. Thank you, Keiwanda

Excellent Custimer Service Some of the reviews I read was a nightmare however, thats wasn't my experience. I received a call back immediately, within the hour that I made the call. The rep was courtesy, resourceful, and kind 😇

Great customer service, great product! I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.
