Excellent customer service Pulse Oximeter started acting up past usual Amazon return date. Rixi L. provided very responsive customer service and promptly provided a replacement as the device was less than a year old. So far I really like the blood pressure… So far I really like the blood pressure machine I bought but I had a question so I called and left a message and customer service got back to me within a couple of hours. And was able to answer my question.
