GBGreat service I have had iHealth products for some time now. I have Their PB cuff and pulse ox meter work great. So I recently added the iHealth Nexus Pro scale. Well upon arrival I could not get it to work so off to the phone I went. Where I met my new friend Kiwanda a very nice a helpful person, however we were not able to fix my problem and we determined the scale may have a problem so a return was in order. Long story in between with UPS but, I got the new scale today, but I needed to call iHealth again as I was having trouble so with Kiwanda and some backup help from Dave we got it figured out lol operator error on my end I was picking the wrong scale in the app my bad. But throughout all of this the reps at iHealth were very nice and Pleasant any very patient with with me. Thank you ihealth Kiwanda and Dave

GBWOW!!! Great customer service WOW!!! Outstanding customer service! I nominate the customer service representative & entire department including training & supervisory staff for this company’s “Highest Award”!!!! Amazingly quick response to my information request. I use the I Health BP Heart Model 550BT. This product is a Very Reasonably Priced personal medical device with Highly Advanced Technology; A True Life & Game Changer for all heart patients, like me. It is so easy to set-up, not complicated to use, received proper size cuff AND NO PAPER BLOOD PRESSURE LOG is necessary anymore!!! I can send all BP readings to my cardiologist. AWESOME Staff, Technology, Product & Company!!

GBInaccurate Temperature Reading, Useless Thermometer For those complaining about not receiving their thermometer be glad! It is completely useless. The forehead thermometer only registers 98.2 or below. At least if you don't receive it, there is less plastic waste. I purchased mine through Amazon and received a refund; however, now I'm concerned my Covid tests that are also iHealth are also not to be trusted. Who can't make an accurate thermometer in 2022?!.

GBExcellent customer service Pulse Oximeter started acting up past usual Amazon return date. Rixi L. provided very responsive customer service and promptly provided a replacement as the device was less than a year old. This level of customer service will insure my continued use and purchase of iHealth Labs products and supplies.
