GBDon’t know…been trying to reorder my… Don’t know…been trying to reorder my catheters for almost 1 month. Am almost out and will be forced to reuse them. Don’t know why they can’t communicate issue with dr. This is VERY disappointing as I’ve been a customer for over 1 decade and have never had this problem before. It is now Feb 5 and I STILl haven’t received my order. Will try to get by and reuse catheters. Sorry state of affairs and on the part of supplier and their vendors.

GBComfort Medical is the best. Comfort Medical is so easy to work with when ordering supplies. Their representatives are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They even call ahead to make sure I have supplies on hand or if I need to re-order. It doesn't get any better than that.

GBAs always they ship when I need it,and… As always they ship when I need it,and get the supplies here quickly.insurance covers the cost,but others either couldn’t,or did not want to serve me.

GBCalling the 800 number is frustrating Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.

GBThank you to customer service I normally don’t write reviews but this one. I recently changed my doctor due to new insurance I spoke with Beverly who helped me through the process until I seen my new doctor. I wasn’t sure if I would get my order before running out of supplies. I am glad I went back with Comfort Medical for my ostomy products.
