As always they ship when I need it,and… As always they ship when I need it,and get the supplies here quickly.insurance covers the cost,but others either couldn’t,or did not want to serve me.

On hold now for over 30 minutes - unreliable On hold now for over 30 minutes. Callback promised never happened. Ordered needed supplies on 10/16. No real explanation for not delivering. Called daily for nearly two weeks. Also, they have continually billed me improperly which they continue to correct. Don't know what's happened to this company.

I had a problem with my order sitting… I had a problem with my order sitting in “processing” for two weeks so I called the customer service line. I was connected to someone’s house where I could hear a woman talking and children crying. After a few moments of me saying “hello?”, she hung up the call without actually speaking to me. Fortunately when I called back I got a nice young man who was able to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten one of these work-from-home agents. The quality of customer service is hit and miss. I’ve had them with parrots squawking in the background, children screaming and one was even cooking, pots and pans rattling and a kitchen timer going off. I don’t like having to keep calling back in the hopes of getting someone who A) speaks fluent English and B) is actually able to do the job. If they’re cooking, cleaning, taking care of a baby, they’re not able to help customers. It’s wasting everyone’s time. Please either use some quality controls, or get rid of the work from home group and put in a proper customer service center.

Shaky start-up Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

I am a brand new client and ostomy… I am a brand new client and ostomy patient. I have high hopes for my relationship with your company. It means a lot to me that this company is owned by the manufacturer of my chosen products. I had disasterous experiences with my former supply company. Communication is a high priority to me.The representitive ( lovely lady named Chris) that I spoke with took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me of the status of my first order. The order arrived as promised and was complete and correct.
