GBShaky start-up Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

GBGOOD and BAD GOOD: I like that your customer service reps are understandable. I am not prejudice but, another companies reps had such strong accents that I had trouble communicating. Your reps are friendly. BAD: I have been your customer for less than a year. During that time I have been told your web access doesn't work because it is being redesigned. I can not access my Comfort Medical account from the web or the app. When is this going to be fixed?

GBCindy Schlussel-account manager I dealt with Cindy Shussel for the past two days to try to straighten out my situation with supply issues. She not only resolved all my problems(something no other customer care person has yet to take the time to do), she is also caring about her patients. I found her to be efficient, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She resolved all my problems, called and spoke to me about what she was trying to accomplish to fix the issue. I can not say enough how grateful I am that I was able to deal with her. She will be the ONLY person I will deal with in the future.

GBCalling the 800 number is frustrating Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.

GBThe Customer Service staff are terrific… The Customer Service staff are terrific on the phone. They are always pleasant and helpful. Compliments and thanks to them all. My biggest problem with Comfort Medical is your website. It is impossible to use unless you are ordering the exact same products and quantities as the previous order. I really thought it would be fixed by now. Thank you.
