Don’t know…been trying to reorder my… Don’t know…been trying to reorder my catheters for almost 1 month. Am almost out and will be forced to reuse them. Don’t know why they can’t communicate issue with dr. This is VERY disappointing as I’ve been a customer for over 1 decade and have never had this problem before. It is now Feb 5 and I STILl haven’t received my order. Will try to get by and reuse catheters. Sorry state of affairs and on the part of supplier and their vendors.

Cindy Schlussel-account manager I dealt with Cindy Shussel for the past two days to try to straighten out my situation with supply issues. She not only resolved all my problems(something no other customer care person has yet to take the time to do), she is also caring about her patients. I found her to be efficient, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She resolved all my problems, called and spoke to me about what she was trying to accomplish to fix the issue. I can not say enough how grateful I am that I was able to deal with her. She will be the ONLY person I will deal with in the future.

I had a problem with my order sitting… I had a problem with my order sitting in “processing” for two weeks so I called the customer service line. I was connected to someone’s house where I could hear a woman talking and children crying. After a few moments of me saying “hello?”, she hung up the call without actually speaking to me. Fortunately when I called back I got a nice young man who was able to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten one of these work-from-home agents. The quality of customer service is hit and miss. I’ve had them with parrots squawking in the background, children screaming and one was even cooking, pots and pans rattling and a kitchen timer going off. I don’t like having to keep calling back in the hopes of getting someone who A) speaks fluent English and B) is actually able to do the job. If they’re cooking, cleaning, taking care of a baby, they’re not able to help customers. It’s wasting everyone’s time. Please either use some quality controls, or get rid of the work from home group and put in a proper customer service center.

The Customer Service staff are terrific… The Customer Service staff are terrific on the phone. They are always pleasant and helpful. Compliments and thanks to them all. My biggest problem with Comfort Medical is your website. It is impossible to use unless you are ordering the exact same products and quantities as the previous order. I really thought it would be fixed by now. Thank you.

Calling the 800 number is frustrating Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.
