Comfort Medical is the best. Comfort Medical is so easy to work with when ordering supplies. Their representatives are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They even call ahead to make sure I have supplies on hand or if I need to re-order. It doesn't get any better than that.

Thank you to customer service I normally don’t write reviews but this one. I recently changed my doctor due to new insurance I spoke with Beverly who helped me through the process until I seen my new doctor. I wasn’t sure if I would get my order before running out of supplies. I am glad I went back with Comfort Medical for my ostomy products.

GOOD and BAD GOOD: I like that your customer service reps are understandable. I am not prejudice but, another companies reps had such strong accents that I had trouble communicating. Your reps are friendly. BAD: I have been your customer for less than a year. During that time I have been told your web access doesn't work because it is being redesigned. I can not access my Comfort Medical account from the web or the app. When is this going to be fixed?

On hold now for over 30 minutes - unreliable On hold now for over 30 minutes. Callback promised never happened. Ordered needed supplies on 10/16. No real explanation for not delivering. Called daily for nearly two weeks. Also, they have continually billed me improperly which they continue to correct. Don't know what's happened to this company.

Comfort medical has done great things… Comfort medical has done great things for me. If I have a question or I can’t understand something they’re always there to help me. Everybody is so polite and helpful. I would never go to another company. I would recommend this company to anybody that I know.
