Design problems and poor fit around nose I've tried lots of disposable masks but this is one of only two elastomerics I've tried and for me it's unwearable. I have a small female face and bought the small size. Issues are: 1) the attachment point where the headstrap meets the mask body (only one) is positioned so that the "rim" of the mask is pushed hard against your face and this pushes flesh against teeth inside the mouth. The standard length strap supplied with the small size mask is too short; even on the longest setting, meaning strong pressure against the face. Very uncomfortable. 2) I could not get a good seal around the nose, reliably, no matter what I tried. I have a small and narrow nose and the mask gaped no matter how I positioned or tensioned it. 3) The strap is single where it attaches to the mask, then divides and is supposed to go one strap above and one below the ear. But the two sections of the strap are not independently adjustable and the lower strap sags and the upper strap slides down over the ears when you have long hair, and ends up too low on the head. If the higher strap is positioned above the occiput as is usual for N95 masks, the angle is wrong and because of the single attachment point the mask gapes even more around the nose, while the lower part of the divided strap, again, is loose. 4) The surface area of the filter through which air can pass is very small, meaning that there is high breathing resistence. 5) It is almost impossible for people to hear me speaking in this mask. 6) I have not worn it for long enough to be sure, but I suspect the mask would accumulate condensation if used for long periods; it feels clammy even after a few minutes. Including postage I paid $80AUD for this, and I regret the purchase. I did not bother contacting castlegrade to express dissatisfaction with their product as they were emphatic with their "no returns" policy. Unusually these days, there was no followup email to seek feedback.

Never got it + company fat shames We never got the product and the company didn't resolve the issue. The owner insults people (referring to weight when that often doesn't even correspond with face and head size/shape) and the company makes claims that are simply not true. The owner is fat shaming instead of recognizing issues with their mask. They failed at least the breathability testing for N95 certification and made it seem as though not getting certification has to do with being American based. The surface area of the filter is simply too small for them to have had a chance of passing. I got robbed $72.24 from them and as you can see from other reviews, others have experienced the same!

VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY POOR SERVICE. I ordered two masks and additional refills for a trip we were taking (on a plane). Ordered well in advance of their delivery schedule (listed on their website) and the masks didn't arrive until we were already gone!! I wanted a refund, they just continued to send some BS email about they have no control over their shipping (why put shipping times/days on their site then???). When I decided to try one of the masks on it doesn't fit properly and they still won't refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER MORE REPUTABLE PROVIDERS FOR MASKS....

Sent multiple emails on Instagram Sent multiple emails on Instagram, Facebook, and their direct emails addresses . I haven’t got an response at all and it is going on months now . I got their mask strap and it is breaking haven’t been an year on yet on it . Love their mask but, very , very disappointed on their customer service and it is no phone number to even call to reach them. It is best to stay away from companies that you can’t contact after you buy their product. And before I had an issue with them on missing the strap and someone was kind to send one out now you can’t get any response.

Didn't send filter refills, wont refund The mask is fine, but I ordered a large number of replacement filters (25) and was shipped 5. I sent evidence of this over email multiple times over the next month and have never heard back from them. The 25 pack is 53 dollars and I was sent a 5 pack which is 12. Customer service wont email back and no refund has been issued for the 40 dollars of product I wasn't given. If you want a reusable mask, try a company who wont scam you out of 40 dollars.
