USDon’t Waste Your Money Received four masks today for two adults. The masks are useless, no seal, so air simply passes around the mask, not through the filter. Their return policy does not allow for returns based on fit or effectiveness, in effect allowing them to sell to new customers without having to pay back money when the masks are received.

USGreat Mask and Outstanding Service I can't say enough about Castlegrade's products and customer service. The masks are easy to use and so comfortable! I work in healthcare in a field with high risk for COVID exposure. These masks are so much more comfortable than the disposable N95 masks I've been wearing for the past year and a half. Not only that, but when there was a hiccup with my order, their customer service was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. Such a pleasant, stress-free experience! I'll definitely be recommending Castlegrade to all my co-workers and friends who want a mask with a bit more protection.

Makes me feel safer than any other mask against the delta variation of the coronavirus. I love that it is reusable to save the environment from single use masks. I highly recommend this mask. My son and his wife and two children also recommend them especially since one of the boys has asthma which is viral induced and cannot risk getting Covid. I love that the mask is now FDA approved as well.

USBest PPE mask ever!! Was a blessing to have stumbled across Castlegrade company. They make the best reusable masks and cases for storage. Don’t have to worry about glasses fogging up, masks slipping off, adjustments or bruising! So comfortable to wear all day while seeing clients in the treatment room and definitely feel much safer! USCustomer Service I wanted to look at the reviews on TrustPilot before buying their masks. I've been eyeing the product for a while but I have a few reliable masks. I wanted something less wasteful that had a better seal. After reading their responses to customer reviews, I want nothing to do with this company. It seems like Castle Grade customer service is run by insolent toddlers. Not sure what's going on there but it really doesn't help the company image and deters potential buyers.
