Materials look great and quality seems… Materials look great and quality seems good. Unfortunately it simply wouldn’t fit my face without leaking, nor my wife’s, nor my brother in Law’s. So, not safe enough to use for us in this pandemic, particularly with me working in the hospital. Too bad. I understand why returns aren’t possible during a pandemic, but a little bummed to spend the money on a product that we’re unable to use.

Castlegrade Masks Absolutely worth your money! We have two, much more comfortable & smaller than N-95 particulate masks but SAFE & great PROTECTION!! Awaiting ear straps delivery since we”re in this predicament for the long haul with COVID-19. Currently using head straps; think on & off will be easier. My husband really likes his. Our daughter in Texas sent me link-site to order as we live in California.

The mask generally does what you expect, but . . . The mask generally does what you expect on the inhale and is probably better protection for the wearer than cloth masks, even one's with filters where the air likely follows the path of least resistance around the filter. But exhaling forces air out of the sides of the mask which is still not great for everyone around you, but that's probably no worse than other masks. However, the front filter holder cover does not snap on very securely, and if you have it on for a little while the condensate (essentially drool) builds up on your own chin. It's also more cumbersome to take off and put on than most other masks.

Don’t Waste Your Money Received four masks today for two adults. The masks are useless, no seal, so air simply passes around the mask, not through the filter. Their return policy does not allow for returns based on fit or effectiveness, in effect allowing them to sell to new customers without having to pay back money when the masks are received.

Customer Service I wanted to look at the reviews on TrustPilot before buying their masks. I've been eyeing the product for a while but I have a few reliable masks. I wanted something less wasteful that had a better seal. After reading their responses to customer reviews, I want nothing to do with this company. It seems like Castle Grade customer service is run by insolent toddlers. Not sure what's going on there but it really doesn't help the company image and deters potential buyers.
