We had to adjust the straps; fortunately, despite no instructions about this, I was able to make the straps looser with a letter opener. The directions were in very small type--even with reading glasses, they were challenging to read. Despite these challenges, they seem very durable and should last a long time.

Didn't send filter refills, wont refund The mask is fine, but I ordered a large number of replacement filters (25) and was shipped 5. I sent evidence of this over email multiple times over the next month and have never heard back from them. The 25 pack is 53 dollars and I was sent a 5 pack which is 12. Customer service wont email back and no refund has been issued for the 40 dollars of product I wasn't given. If you want a reusable mask, try a company who wont scam you out of 40 dollars.

Best PPE mask ever!! Was a blessing to have stumbled across Castlegrade company. They make the best reusable masks and cases for storage. Don’t have to worry about glasses fogging up, masks slipping off, adjustments or bruising! So comfortable to wear all day while seeing clients in the treatment room and definitely feel much safer! Love it. This idea looks soo coolon the pretty models in the pics. Im totally satisfied with the item and with covid cases surging with out shutdowns this will be handy for maximum protection. It’s comfortable and fits well. No strange smells and it comes in a sterile package. It’s aesthetically pleasing, between my Mohawk and spiked clothing it completes the Apocalyptic look for me. Onward mad max.

Great Mask and Outstanding Service I can't say enough about Castlegrade's products and customer service. The masks are easy to use and so comfortable! I work in healthcare in a field with high risk for COVID exposure. These masks are so much more comfortable than the disposable N95 masks I've been wearing for the past year and a half. Not only that, but when there was a hiccup with my order, their customer service was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. Such a pleasant, stress-free experience!
