GBNever got it + company fat shames We never got the product and the company didn't resolve the issue. The owner insults people (referring to weight when that often doesn't even correspond with face and head size/shape) and the company makes claims that are simply not true. The owner is fat shaming instead of recognizing issues with their mask. They failed at least the breathability testing for N95 certification and made it seem as though not getting certification has to do with being American based. The surface area of the filter is simply too small for them to have had a chance of passing. I got robbed $72.24 from them and as you can see from other reviews, others have experienced the same!

GBGreat Mask and Outstanding Service I can't say enough about Castlegrade's products and customer service. The masks are easy to use and so comfortable! I work in healthcare in a field with high risk for COVID exposure. These masks are so much more comfortable than the disposable N95 masks I've been wearing for the past year and a half. Not only that, but when there was a hiccup with my order, their customer service was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. Such a pleasant, stress-free experience! I'll definitely be recommending Castlegrade to all my co-workers and friends who want a mask with a bit more protection.

GBNo more fogging glasses with this solid mask A solid mask that for a glass sweater is a great no fog, solid seal solution I was looking for. I have tried so many masks, and even backed some crowd funded campaigns and the low quality, horrible deals and fit were making me tired and feeling defeated. But a friend bought me a camo colored version and I am so happy to have found a solution. This mask feels so comfortable, it is not good for heavy athletic use but wearing it for extended time feels secure. I like how easy it is to clean and when someone asks me what works for my fogging glasses I turn them to CastleGrade as there really is nothing comparable out there.

GBCustomer Service I wanted to look at the reviews on TrustPilot before buying their masks. I've been eyeing the product for a while but I have a few reliable masks. I wanted something less wasteful that had a better seal. After reading their responses to customer reviews, I want nothing to do with this company. It seems like Castle Grade customer service is run by insolent toddlers. Not sure what's going on there but it really doesn't help the company image and deters potential buyers. GBPicked wrong size because at the time⦠Picked wrong size because at the time did not see any videos on the site to explain how to measure for the size. Last week saw videos showing how to wear and determine size needed, so from that found that i had ordered one too large ane wasted my money getting one too small plus all the extrra filters I orded for it, so I wasted my money and so last week I orded a new one which is the smaller adult size and the side straps! Otherwise I think it is a great product. So glad to be able to get one.
