GBSo helpful! I was in need of a walker and spoke to HME Medical Shop thru online chat and then called on the phone to place my order. Both representatives were very helpful and and showed a desire to help which is sadly lacking in so many businesses today. I am so glad to do business with them!

GBNO customer service to follow up on details. My wife is a quadriplegic and needed a replacement air pump for her hospital air mattress. Due to the urgency, I attempted to ask if this item was in stock. HME Medical Shop doesn't have operators, only email. I send an email but no info on stock status. So, I ordered it. No indication of shipping date. I sent two more emails and left a message asking about the shipping date. No reply... just a refund for my order. HME Medical Shop doesn't seem to have any customer service at all. At least not right now.

GBbough a seat upholstery tried to use a… bough a seat upholstery tried to use a credit card it did not except the card so i did a second card received 2 items went for a return for the second item and as of now it is still in review 504 3/14/24 no problem with the item just would like to get a refund for the second one my problem is the refund process bough item around 3/4/24

GBChoose another vendor! The order was made for two brakes ( a left and right)for a knee scooter. The package arrived 6 days later (I paid for expedited delivery which was 2-4 days) with only the left brake! The packing slip was missing and there was no notice regarding the right brake missing. I emailed customer service - there is no way to call and did not get a response 4 3 days. The response I got was that the right brake was out of stock. Funny I got charged for both BEFORE the shipment left the warehouse. As part of the response they claimed that the right brake was back in stock. It took another 2 days to get the package sent out of the warehouse. In summary extremely poor processes, awful customer service and probably the worst e-commerce experience ever. If you have an alternative vendor - use not HME Medical Shop!
