GBQuick Release Pin delivered and… Quick Release Pin delivered and functional. Needed a quick release pin for a wheelchair, part arrived 4 business days later, but I did not receive tracking information. For a $40 part, it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I figured it out (had to re-orient the pieces and there was a hidden spring) - pin functions as intended.

GBJust had the best Customer Service… Just had the best Customer Service Experience with a gentleman named Mike. We received incorrect part in error but he made the entire return process so easy including emailing us the return label! Plus he immediately ordered us the correct part without recharging our credit card! I own my own business-we keep a sign posted that reads: "A customer doesn't remember the problem as much as they remember how the problem was solved".. I will remember HME Medical Shop for their great Customer Service! Thank you Mike!

GBclaimed in stock but now want ship or refund checked by chat with their rep to verify item was in stock. told me it was in stock and would ship in 24 to 48 hrs. been over a week and still not shipped. contacted by email and said if you cant ship then cancel they responded that the item was at the manufacturer awaiting pick up by usps and could not be cancelled. these guys are a bunch of lying s___ of s____ if you can get it anywhere else do so

GBItems were shipped and one (1) carton…NO Items were shipped and one (1) carton arrived seriously damaged VIA FEDEX. I would not accept it for that reason. I never opened it and didn't plan to the way that it arrived. I called/Emailed/TEXTED HME only to be told that someone would look into this and resolve the matter within 72 (3 Days) Hours. It never happened and I wasn't able to stir anyone at HME to resolve the matter Therefore I am asking for the payment of $159.95 that is long overdue REDUND. more than 10 days have passed and NO RESPONSE or ANYTHING.

GBBad Customer Service We ordered a replacement seat for our wheelchair and the good news was that it came quickly. The bad news is it’s the wrong size. We have reached out several times to customer service and they will NOT respond. Thanks but NO thanks
