prompt ordered fork assy. for drive rollator, fast delivery, correct part. No problems with getting part, problem is with rollator itself. Bearings keep going bad on one wheel fork assy. 3rd or 4th time, always same fork

Just had the best Customer Service… Just had the best Customer Service Experience with a gentleman named Mike. We received incorrect part in error but he made the entire return process so easy including emailing us the return label! Plus he immediately ordered us the correct part without recharging our credit card! I own my own business-we keep a sign posted that reads: "A customer doesn't remember the problem as much as they remember how the problem was solved".. I will remember HME Medical Shop for their great Customer Service! Thank you Mike!

Items were shipped and one (1) carton…NO Items were shipped and one (1) carton arrived seriously damaged VIA FEDEX. I would not accept it for that reason. I never opened it and didn't plan to the way that it arrived. I called/Emailed/TEXTED HME only to be told that someone would look into this and resolve the matter within 72 (3 Days) Hours. It never happened and I wasn't able to stir anyone at HME to resolve the matter Therefore I am asking for the payment of $159.95 that is long overdue REDUND. more than 10 days have passed and NO RESPONSE or ANYTHING.

Quick Release Pin delivered and… Quick Release Pin delivered and functional. Needed a quick release pin for a wheelchair, part arrived 4 business days later, but I did not receive tracking information. For a $40 part, it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I figured it out (had to re-orient the pieces and there was a hidden spring) - pin functions as intended.

NO customer service to follow up on details. My wife is a quadriplegic and needed a replacement air pump for her hospital air mattress. Due to the urgency, I attempted to ask if this item was in stock. HME Medical Shop doesn't have operators, only email. I send an email but no info on stock status. So, I ordered it. No indication of shipping date. I sent two more emails and left a message asking about the shipping date. No reply... just a refund for my order. HME Medical Shop doesn't seem to have any customer service at all. At least not right now.
