GBclaimed in stock but now want ship or refund checked by chat with their rep to verify item was in stock. told me it was in stock and would ship in 24 to 48 hrs. been over a week and still not shipped. contacted by email and said if you cant ship then cancel they responded that the item was at the manufacturer awaiting pick up by usps and could not be cancelled. these guys are a bunch of lying s___ of s____ if you can get it anywhere else do so

GBWrong part sent, no help Dear HME Medical Shop I've emailed this support address over five times in the last month telling you ***** you sent me the wrong part, sending pictures of them to prove it twice. My wife has been barly able to get around because her old wheels are in such bad shape. I'm fed up with your company's lame asses! You will NOT be getting my business ever again and I will make sure to copy and paste this feedback/review on as many sites as I can!! Your company sucks!!

GBParts order So grateful for the wheels now my resident does not have to struggle to walk anymore. It took a long time to get here. They are also a little pricey. They should of had a discount for buying two wheels. We wished it was a faster postal delivery.

GBI ordered two cases of a product payed… I ordered two cases of a product payed $48.00 only was only sent two tube Sent email got one back return that email haven't heard from Them since They stoled my money

GBI will never purchase anything from… I will never purchase anything from this company again due to the fact I was mis-informed when I inquired about a product. Description on their website stated there were -2- pieces per item but customer service told me to I needed to order a qty. of -2- to fulfill my need. Got my pkg. & had a qty. of -4- items instead of -2-. Contacted customer service & was told their warehouse must have over-shipped & I could just keep the extra. I ordered a qty of -2- & paid for them. They will not give me a refund for the extra item I ordered since they state it's an over-shipment, now I'm stuck with an extra pair of grips that I don't need & I'm out of over $25. Terrible way to deal with a paying customer!!
