GBHorrible experience My account was transferred to HCD by Medline when Medline stopped handling insurance accounts. I have, so far, made 13 calls to HCD trying to order Ostomy supplies. One number automatically disconnects me. The other leaves me on hold (last time was 17 minutes) before I finally hung up. I will now try to get my surgeon to find another company for me. Worrying about not having access to supplies is a nightmare for an Ostomy patient

GBCustomer Service is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! These folks know nothing.They cannot tell me if a shipment went out nor will they tell me the tracking number. This is HORRIBLE company to deal with. Take your business somewhere else, you will not be satisfied with these folks. ITS A FREAKIN JOKE!!!!!!

GBCan't even get account set up I have called these people over and over today, only ONCE have I actually gotten in touch with a human being. I could not stay on the phone while her computer was malfunctioning and by the time she called me back I was in a meeting. If I could use any other company, I would, but I have new insurance so I can't

GBHome Care Delivered has great service! Home Care Delivered has the best customer service. They have always been very responsive whenever we have needed something. Setting up our first order was so easy, and they called the doctor so we did not need to do anything after our initial phone call to HCD. Now we do re-orders via SMS text and it could not be easier. Recently we had a quality issue with a brand we have been using for years. The customer service representatives were all friendly and helpful, and we received a replacement shipment the next day. I wish all companies were this efficient and helpful!

GBI filled out the order form online with…honesty I filled out the order form online with my sister's info. Your website would only allow ONE product to be selected which is crazy. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady explaining what other products we needed. Then I clicked finish order on website. Thought that would be it once doctor and insurance gave the okay. The next morning a DIFFERENT rep called me and said she didn't see my entire order and I had to repeat it AGAIN. A delivery came the next day via UPS and only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered. had to call AGAIN. Different rep said waiting on doctor's approval for those 2 items. Not very efficient.
