GBDisappointed My mom has been a costumer for years. Up until now we were very satisfied! We got supply after MONTHS of waiting! Package received today( FED EX service ) box was open barely any tape used. Please get better. I could not recommend you in good conscience anymore.

GBMy Honest Opinion of HCD I had an extremely hard time getting started because HCD kept contacting my mother instead of me. I don't know how they got my mother's phone number to begin with but I kept calling and leaving messages and I talked to representatives several times and told them to stop contacting my mother. HCD continued contacting her, to say the least it was very upsetting. Now that this issue was corrected (I hope) I am very happy with my first delivery and product, just need to tweak it a bit and it will be great. It will be so nice not to have to go to the store and purchase these things.

GBHome Care Delivered --more like Home… Home Care Delivered --more like Home Care Denied. I'd give this company a ZERO rating, I am now on my 7th call with this place to sort out the order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. When they should have been contacting my healthcare provider for info, they would call me instead. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Absolute GARBAGE customer service. Asking my provider to order from another company, this place is USELESS!

GBI called your company to find some assistance I called your company to find some assistance. What I found was an incredibly easy process. Not to mention the customer service representative who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I have given the number to friends that can use the help that I've received. GBI filled out the order form online with…honesty I filled out the order form online with my sister's info. Your website would only allow ONE product to be selected which is crazy. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady explaining what other products we needed. Then I clicked finish order on website. Thought that would be it once doctor and insurance gave the okay. The next morning a DIFFERENT rep called me and said she didn't see my entire order and I had to repeat it AGAIN. A delivery came the next day via UPS and only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered. had to call AGAIN. Different rep said waiting on doctor's approval for those 2 items. Not very efficient.
