USI filled out the order form online with…honesty I filled out the order form online with my sister's info. Your website would only allow ONE product to be selected which is crazy. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady explaining what other products we needed. Then I clicked finish order on website. Thought that would be it once doctor and insurance gave the okay. The next morning a DIFFERENT rep called me and said she didn't see my entire order and I had to repeat it AGAIN. A delivery came the next day via UPS and only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered. had to call AGAIN. Different rep said waiting on doctor's approval for those 2 items. Not very efficient.

Not to mention the customer service representative who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I have given the number to friends that can use the help that I've received. USMy experience with HCD was nothing but… My experience with HCD was nothing but perfect. When Shona called she was very professional and had great respect for HCD. After taking my order she told me to expect delivery within a few days to a week. With Covid19 I expected a delay, however within the week I received 2 boxes with 7 packages of underwear. The fit is spot on. And everything went as Shona said it would. I'm so happy I saw HCD on TV and took your phone number down. Thank you HCD and Shona.

USMy Honest Opinion of HCD I had an extremely hard time getting started because HCD kept contacting my mother instead of me. I don't know how they got my mother's phone number to begin with but I kept calling and leaving messages and I talked to representatives several times and told them to stop contacting my mother. HCD continued contacting her, to say the least it was very upsetting. Now that this issue was corrected (I hope) I am very happy with my first delivery and product, just need to tweak it a bit and it will be great. It will be so nice not to have to go to the store and purchase these things.

USThe ordering process is a little…Confusing The ordering process is a little confusing. I was told I would get a call when everything Was set up. I never got a call. Instead I got a email stating the doctor never sent the prescription. When I call Ed the doctor, they said the already sent it. I got supplies a day later. Communication could use some improvement.
