The ordering process is a little…Confusing The ordering process is a little confusing. I was told I would get a call when everything Was set up. I never got a call. Instead I got a email stating the doctor never sent the prescription. When I call Ed the doctor, they said the already sent it. I got supplies a day later. Communication could use some improvement.

Home Care Delivered has great service! Home Care Delivered has the best customer service. They have always been very responsive whenever we have needed something. Setting up our first order was so easy, and they called the doctor so we did not need to do anything after our initial phone call to HCD. Now we do re-orders via SMS text and it could not be easier. Recently we had a quality issue with a brand we have been using for years. The customer service representatives were all friendly and helpful, and we received a replacement shipment the next day. I wish all companies were this efficient and helpful!

My Honest Opinion of HCD I had an extremely hard time getting started because HCD kept contacting my mother instead of me. I don't know how they got my mother's phone number to begin with but I kept calling and leaving messages and I talked to representatives several times and told them to stop contacting my mother. HCD continued contacting her, to say the least it was very upsetting. Now that this issue was corrected (I hope) I am very happy with my first delivery and product, just need to tweak it a bit and it will be great. It will be so nice not to have to go to the store and purchase these things.

Can't even get account set up I have called these people over and over today, only ONCE have I actually gotten in touch with a human being. I could not stay on the phone while her computer was malfunctioning and by the time she called me back I was in a meeting. If I could use any other company, I would, but I have new insurance so I can't

I am anew customer tried ten times no… I am anew customer tried ten times no body pick up the phone finally I got the supply from other sources this month I tried five times they say less than five minutes but after twenty minutes each time I gave up I don’t think I can rely on this company will look for some other source
