Home Care Delivered --more like Home… Home Care Delivered --more like Home Care Denied. I'd give this company a ZERO rating, I am now on my 7th call with this place to sort out the order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. When they should have been contacting my healthcare provider for info, they would call me instead. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Absolute GARBAGE customer service. Asking my provider to order from another company, this place is USELESS!

Complete incompetence Complete incompetence, I have sent texts to them with absolutely no response. My last shipment took a month to get to me, other shipments had the wrong supplies, especially when I'm not a man. I have multiple schlerocis and my bladder doesn't always give me notice that I have to go and nothing they've sent has worked out. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DON'T WASTE YOUR TRUST HERE.

Simple and discreet! My first time placing order online was simple and quick. I also got a follow up from customer services agent. The agent was friendly and professional. My order came within two days. The package was discreet and undamaged.

I am less than impressed with this… I am less than impressed with this company. We transitioned from Medline to HCD and it’s been absolutely atrocious. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I filled out the order form online with…honesty I filled out the order form online with my sister's info. Your website would only allow ONE product to be selected which is crazy. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady explaining what other products we needed. Then I clicked finish order on website. Thought that would be it once doctor and insurance gave the okay. The next morning a DIFFERENT rep called me and said she didn't see my entire order and I had to repeat it AGAIN. A delivery came the next day via UPS and only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered. had to call AGAIN. Different rep said waiting on doctor's approval for those 2 items. Not very efficient.
