GBI am anew customer tried ten times no… I am anew customer tried ten times no body pick up the phone finally I got the supply from other sources this month I tried five times they say less than five minutes but after twenty minutes each time I gave up I don’t think I can rely on this company will look for some other source

GBFirst experience Made a first phone call, explained why I was calling (needed incontinence products after prostate cancer and surgery). Insurance was still being sorted out but HCD sent the products I needed same day! I had to call back with additional info so I was able to speak with multiple people there. ALL very very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and helpful. 10 out of 10 for HCD (including the good people that shipped what I needed and got the products to me PDQ!). I will always call HCD for future needs!

GBComplete incompetence Complete incompetence, I have sent texts to them with absolutely no response. My last shipment took a month to get to me, other shipments had the wrong supplies, especially when I'm not a man. I have multiple schlerocis and my bladder doesn't always give me notice that I have to go and nothing they've sent has worked out. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DON'T WASTE YOUR TRUST HERE.

GBHorrible experience My account was transferred to HCD by Medline when Medline stopped handling insurance accounts. I have, so far, made 13 calls to HCD trying to order Ostomy supplies. One number automatically disconnects me. The other leaves me on hold (last time was 17 minutes) before I finally hung up. I will now try to get my surgeon to find another company for me. Worrying about not having access to supplies is a nightmare for an Ostomy patient

GBMy experience with HCD was nothing but… My experience with HCD was nothing but perfect. When Shona called she was very professional and had great respect for HCD. After taking my order she told me to expect delivery within a few days to a week. With Covid19 I expected a delay, however within the week I received 2 boxes with 7 packages of underwear. The fit is spot on. And everything went as Shona said it would. I'm so happy I saw HCD on TV and took your phone number down. Thank you HCD and Shona.
