USI am anew customer tried ten times no… I am anew customer tried ten times no body pick up the phone finally I got the supply from other sources this month I tried five times they say less than five minutes but after twenty minutes each time I gave up I don’t think I can rely on this company will look for some other source

USHorrible experience My account was transferred to HCD by Medline when Medline stopped handling insurance accounts. I have, so far, made 13 calls to HCD trying to order Ostomy supplies. One number automatically disconnects me. The other leaves me on hold (last time was 17 minutes) before I finally hung up. I will now try to get my surgeon to find another company for me. Worrying about not having access to supplies is a nightmare for an Ostomy patient

USComplete incompetence Complete incompetence, I have sent texts to them with absolutely no response. My last shipment took a month to get to me, other shipments had the wrong supplies, especially when I'm not a man. I have multiple schlerocis and my bladder doesn't always give me notice that I have to go and nothing they've sent has worked out. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DON'T WASTE YOUR TRUST HERE.

USI am less than impressed with this… I am less than impressed with this company. We transitioned from Medline to HCD and it’s been absolutely atrocious. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

USIf I could give them a 0 I would If I could give them a 0 I would. Ben, the agent, flat-out lied to me claiming they were waiting on insurance pre-authorization, when in fact they never requested one. Also claimed it was being held up because Optima changed its name to Sentara. More BS. All of these DME's are bad. This one is the worst.
