GBI’m very happy with my unit I’m very happy with my unit. It’s easy to use, travels well, I feel more comfortable that my equipment is being cleaned sufficiently. Customer service was professional and pleasant to interact with.

GBI find that the "on" touch does not… I find that the "on" touch does not work very well....when I'm just moving it, I can trigger it on, but when I want to purposefully turn it on, it is not easy....I have to fiddle around until it does! I do like the concept and ease of using the device otherwise.

GBThe level of service was not work the… The level of service was not work the money. They came saw the job then quoted for it. The job was not done in time and to a clean standard we was then told we more time is needed at more costs. We was then treated action for balance to be paid without addressing they outstanding issue. Would not use this company again.

GBBad Batteries with Virtuclean 2.0 I've had my Virtuclean 2.0 replaced about 4 times so far and all of them did not hold a charge after a day or so. I'd give this a 1 star but gave them the extra star for their fast replacment service.
