GBWas suppose to get sample trail pack Was suppose to get sample trail pack, but instead they sent a 90 day supply no trail. Billed Medicare over $2000 Then ask did I want to reorder. Never used any of their crap. No wonder insurance is so high, because of these companies working the system

GBAppliance attached well and stayed in… Appliance attached well and stayed in place. There was no leakage. All good. But at my level of activity it was awkward, always reminding me it was there. Psychologically, I didn’t like it because I always had to spend the time to put it on and take it off, making me feel that I was more of an invalid than I think of myself. I am totally incontinent following prostatectomy, using 5 pads per day with occasional leak thru if I’m not careful, but I prefer that to the Men’s Liberty appliance. As I get older and more sedentary , my thoughts may change.

GBI have a serious problem and the small bag is insufficient I have a serious problem and the small bag is insufficient to handle the flow. On several occasions recently, while sitting, the bag got too full and released from the pressure before I could get to the bathroom to empty the bag. I suggest there be one or more bag sizes available or one unit designed to be used with an upgraded leg bag.

GBGood product terrible distributor My experience with the Men's Liberty product was very good. However, the distributer, Byrum, constantly messed up the delivery orders and billing. I either got my order late, or the contents were incorrect. I dealt with two other catheter related suppliers, Hollister and Allegro, with no problems. My last order, prior to surgery on 6/23 was placed on 6/17. I ordered 10 as my surgery was imminent and that amount would assure that I hade enough even if the surgery was delayed a couple of days. And despite several requests to expedite earlier the ordered was delayed until I received a full amount of 30 Men's Liberty products. A also have in invoice for an old order that was already paid. Terrible!

GBA definite break thru in dealing with… A definite break thru in dealing with an over active bladder. Only a small learning curve was experienced in learning how to effectively use the product. I would not return to using underwear pads, and always keeping an eye on restrooms when out of the house. Shared it w/my urologist who had read about Men's Liberty but was reluctant to recommend it. I gave him one to share w/other men.
