GBI RECEIVED MY 1ST ORDER A YEAR AGO qss qss I RECEIVED MY 1ST ORDER A YEAR AGO. I EXPERIENCED AN EMBARRASING EXPERIENCE WITH IT AT A BIBLE STUDY.I STILL HAVETHE ENTIRE box of materials. Since then I have been notified of 2 additional deliverance which I have never received.. Part of my problem other than MEDICARE BEING CHARGED FOR SUPPLIES I DID NOT RECEIVE IS THAT THE PERSON ASSISTING ME IN EDUCATING ME IN HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT PATIENT.IN REPEATING HOW TO 1ST APPLY THE PRODUCT. I MAY TRY IT ONE MORE TIME (RELUCTANTLY) WITH THE BOX OF THE PRODUCT I STILL HAVE. I AM ALSO UPSET THAT MEDICARE MAY BE CHARGED FOR OTHERS NOT RECEIVING THE PRODUCT! I HAVE NOT YET NOTIFIED THEM. GBHave called several times to find… Have called several times to find resolve with new product. The urine sitts in the tube and does not drain down. I his wife have to apply and the frosted new product is hard for me to place also it does not stay on all night before I could manually drain the tube no one from quality control has returned any of my calls to find resolve also spoke to a nurse said she was sending a different lot no to try never received them

GBNo instruction manual enclosed. My order was delivered in a box full of many individual parts in cellophane packaging. There was no instruction manual or any indication of where to begin assembling and installing the Men's Liberty puzzle. we This was very disconcerting and disappointing. I dumped everything back into the large box and stored it in a closet and forgot about the money I threw away by purchasing this product.

GBAlthough I tried these for more than 2… Although I tried these for more than 2 months, spoke to two different nurses, used the correct soap and other applications, I couldn't get one to stay on for more than 5 hours, so I couldn't trust them for anywhere but around the house. Cancelled any future offers. Maybe they work for some people, but not for me and I did everything I was told to do.

GBOnce a week falls off within 24 hrs Once a week falls off within 24 hrs. Been spending extra time with all phases of instruction. Have mentioned to staff before sure wish us users had a forum we could compare notes. Nurse is not the answer. Only get repeats of the printed material. Would be great if we're talking to someone is a present user. Wonder if there is even one employee who uses the product. I'm trying now a second faceplate lower for more surface. May end ordering 100 plus. Sure do not plan to go back to pads.
