Hart Medical billed me $ 72.25 for 1… Hart Medical billed me $ 72.25 for 1 pair of “Jobst Medical Compression Stockings” 15-20 mmHg. This is twice the price of any other comparible Compression Sock.. They initially filled my prescription from my Dr. by charging my medical insurance, when the insurance company rejected the billing, Hart sent the bill to me. I tried to reason with Hart but they said I owe them $72.25. Really? For one pair of socks

Nothing but issues with this company Nothing but issues with this company. You call to try and get help you get to talk to receptionist who knows NOTHING. Wrong information each time to get information about recently new c-pap. Tried to make appointment with Tele Help Technician receptionist trying to resolve the issue. Unprofessional and rude

Unacceptable company Unacceptable company! I waited for a medical for over 2 weeks and then they just canceled my order without any notice. Do not trust this company. It's unacceptable to have a customer wait for 2 weeks for a medical device that will then get canceled. Called customer support and they promised to call back which they never did. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. I wanted to support smaller businesses instead of Amazon but that's what you get...

Beware of this phony company Beware of this phony company I bought CPAP under my insurance in June of 2021. Paid all monthly payments upfront. Hart medical charged me in March and April 22 $127 and now asking to Pay 546$ for the claim that was denied by Insurance in Aug 2021. No communications about denied claim till Nov of 2022. Called the customer service and customer service people are very rude and told me i can not return my equipment due to the sale was converted from lease to sale in June 2022. This is the worst medical company i have ever dealt with. Please be Aware

Beware of Hart Medical Beware of Hart Medical, I will never use this company ever again. Had my share with my CPAP Machine. Nothing but a headache scene arriving. Had to contact who ever Andre is for ongoing problems, he actually stop answering my calls, was left guessing what to do. No one calls back, respond to emails, what’s the use in filling out contact forms, useless because no one responds back. Gotten fed up I returned that machine. My EMT is now looking for other options for me. We discussed a couple options and no more machines. My Orthopedic physician sent a prescription for a elbow brace for me, I contacted them to get the status, of course no answer, left a message, days went by and no one even called back. I called my doctor and had them send it elsewhere. Not ever doing business with Hart Medical again and it’s the closest to me inside McLaren Macomb second or third floor.
