Saved my mother From the start, Senior Safety was helpful & informative on their products. They were supportive in setting up the system without any issues. My mom had a fall the VERY next day after having the system!! They quickly contacted me & I was able to assist her. Otherwise, she would have been on the floor for hours. Because she could no longer live independently, we returned the system with ease. They prorated our billing. Very professional! Highly recommend!

Highly Reccomend This was so easy and senior-friendly to order and set up. What I really appreciated was that there was no "hard sell" to upgrade, etc. They gave us exactly what we needed, not what they wanted to "sell" us.

Senior Saftey lived up to their promise. It’s refreshing to have a company to do exactly what they said they would do especially when an elderly person is depending on them. It gives them comfort and security. Thank goodness we only needed them 2 times but the process was smooth and dependable.

I purchased the monitor for my 91y/o… I purchased the monitor for my 91y/o mother. It has the same features that her previous alert system had. She was paying $1000 a year for the other system and Senior Safety is only $30/month. On-line registration was easy and set up and testing the system was simple. The customer service rep even turned up the volume on the system so my mother could hear.
