GBSenior Saftey lived up to their promise. It’s refreshing to have a company to do exactly what they said they would do especially when an elderly person is depending on them. It gives them comfort and security. Thank goodness we only needed them 2 times but the process was smooth and dependable.

My 86 year old mother fell and her Get Help Now unit failed, causing her to lay on her floor for 7hrs with no response.I called 800 number left message with phone service and 17 hours later I received a response from Miss Compassionate who put the blame on the hook up.After checking MY connections,I have deemed THEIR unit defective and THIER customer service unacceptable.If you care about your love one and can picture them laying on a cold floor for hours, Steer clear

The service just called and my husband is on his way to help his mom. Not only did they ask how much time it will take for us to respond. They also asked if they could call back and follow up. Good to know how effectively this works. And the price is absolutely affordable.

GBSaved my mother From the start, Senior Safety was helpful & informative on their products. They were supportive in setting up the system without any issues. My mom had a fall the VERY next day after having the system!! They quickly contacted me & I was able to assist her. Otherwise, she would have been on the floor for hours. Because she could no longer live independently, we returned the system with ease. They prorated our billing. Very professional! Highly recommend!
