GBI called for customer service and had… I called for customer service and had long wait times to be told someone would have to call back and they did not - this was on two occasions. The blue tooth on the device, I was told by an IT person-because I could not reach the Inogen people, is non-functioning.

GBI don't have to be weighted down with… I don't have to be weighted down with heavy tanks anymore and the battery operated package is great. I am concerned about getting in touch with someone in an emergency or need to know situation. It takes 25 minutes or more to reach someone. I am so far, a very satisfied customer.

GBI got the Inogen I got the Inogen. The bedside oxygen did not work. The portable is too heavy. I have been waiting for weeks and weeks to recurve labels to return your equipment. This is ridiculous. I have never had such terrible service. I don’t know what to do to get this equipment returned. I have had many conversations but no action. Please help me. I don’t want your equipment

GBTrouble getting enough air Trouble getting enough air. Rove 6 is too heavy. Love having a protable, but improvements need to be made. My opinion.

GBThis was the best company I have ever… This was the best company I have ever dealt with! My previous oxygen provider ignored three prescriptions for a portable oxygen concentrator from two pulmonologists. The Inogen team handled all of the insurance requirements. They are now my provider for all oxygen needs. The portable unit is simple and functions perfectly for my needs. Thank you to everyone at Inogen for the great experience.
