I love the convenience on how portable… I love the convenience on how portable the unit is. The quietness of operation and the concentrator is great also. The only complaint I have is the cannula attachment kinking. I wish there was a spring that would support the tubing where it attaches. Great product with one tiny flaw Great product, took my Inogen home on a holiday and it was small and convenient enough to carry to the hotel. The service for setting up the machine was great and the sales team made sure that the international shipping went smooth (purchased in Canada) and in a timely manner. Only one improvement could be made: the air exit nozzle points upwards, so with gravity the air hose can fold over and obsruct air flow. My previous oxygen generator has the nozzle come off horizontally thanks to a 90 degree bend.

Before getting the Inogen we were… Before getting the Inogen we were always worried the portable oxygen machine that we had would quit working while we away from home, which it did several times. Not only does the Inogen work really well, the batteries last long and we are starting to relax when we have to go places further from home. We haven't had any problems with it. Just wish we would have gotten one sooner

Inogen is great especially for travelers Customer Service/Sales was great to work with. I began using my Inogen in the USA and my night O2 levels improved. I was pleased with the machine's portability on my trip to Australia and my ability to use it while in a foreign country.
