GBI love the convenience on how portable… I love the convenience on how portable the unit is. The quietness of operation and the concentrator is great also. The only complaint I have is the cannula attachment kinking. I wish there was a spring that would support the tubing where it attaches. I’ve mentioned this to Inogen, but was told they have had numerous concerns. Robert Oliveri

GBI tried to get my PCP to order… I tried to get my PCP to order supplemental o2 for 2 years. Finally I got him to sign the paperwork so I could purchase it out of pocket. It's a good thing-we are traveling to visit family in Colorado and the altitude here is 6600 feet. I am using my Inogen continuously, otherwise my spo2 would be in the 80s all the time. I have no shortness of breath with my o2 on and my spo2 stays in the 90s. What would have happened to me on this trip if I did not have supplemental oxygen? The moral of this story, trust your women's intuition when you think you need something! THANKS INOGEN!!!

GBBefore getting the Inogen we were… Before getting the Inogen we were always worried the portable oxygen machine that we had would quit working while we away from home, which it did several times. Not only does the Inogen work really well, the batteries last long and we are starting to relax when we have to go places further from home. We haven't had any problems with it. Just wish we would have gotten one sooner

GBEasy Usage I enjoy my G4 and the freedom it gives me. I’m 93 years old and find it easy to operate. The questions I have asked of customer support have all been always been answered and the representatives have been courteous. Thank You.

CAGreat product with one tiny flaw Great product, took my Inogen home on a holiday and it was small and convenient enough to carry to the hotel. The service for setting up the machine was great and the sales team made sure that the international shipping went smooth (purchased in Canada) and in a timely manner. Only one improvement could be made: the air exit nozzle points upwards, so with gravity the air hose can fold over and obsruct air flow. My previous oxygen generator has the nozzle come off horizontally thanks to a 90 degree bend.
