Trouble getting enough air Trouble getting enough air. Rove 6 is too heavy. Love having a protable, but improvements need to be made. My opinion.

Inogen is excellent I’ve used several portables but always had difficulty because they used carts and were terribly heavy to load and unload in my car. My new Inogen is wonderfully light and so much easier to use. The sales person at Inogen was wonderful to work with and I’m extremely pleased I bought this unit. Thank you Inogen!

the sales guy was great but i bought… the sales guy was great but i bought too soon. hit the road so it was a month before i could try it. easy set up. but no one told me that the system has a 5-6 sec cadence of a repetitive 'pop'. Super annoying. sales support good. follow up good. gatekeeper answering service is an idiot who kept me from buying for almost a month.

I tried to get my PCP to order… I tried to get my PCP to order supplemental o2 for 2 years. Finally I got him to sign the paperwork so I could purchase it out of pocket. It's a good thing-we are traveling to visit family in Colorado and the altitude here is 6600 feet. I am using my Inogen continuously, otherwise my spo2 would be in the 80s all the time. I have no shortness of breath with my o2 on and my spo2 stays in the 90s. What would have happened to me on this trip if I did not have supplemental oxygen? The moral of this story, trust your women's intuition when you think you need something! THANKS INOGEN!!!
