Easy Usage I enjoy my G4 and the freedom it gives me. I’m 93 years old and find it easy to operate. The questions I have asked of customer support have all been always been answered and the representatives have been courteous. Thank You.

This was the best company I have ever… This was the best company I have ever dealt with! My previous oxygen provider ignored three prescriptions for a portable oxygen concentrator from two pulmonologists. The Inogen team handled all of the insurance requirements. They are now my provider for all oxygen needs. The portable unit is simple and functions perfectly for my needs. Thank you to everyone at Inogen for the great experience.

I got the Inogen I got the Inogen. The bedside oxygen did not work. The portable is too heavy. I have been waiting for weeks and weeks to recurve labels to return your equipment. This is ridiculous. I have never had such terrible service. I don’t know what to do to get this equipment returned. I have had many conversations but no action. Please help me. I don’t want your equipment
