I love the convenience on how portable… I love the convenience on how portable the unit is. The quietness of operation and the concentrator is great also. The only complaint I have is the cannula attachment kinking. I wish there was a spring that would support the tubing where it attaches. Easy Usage I enjoy my G4 and the freedom it gives me. I’m 93 years old and find it easy to operate. The questions I have asked of customer support have all been always been answered and the representatives have been courteous. Thank You.

I called for customer service and had… I called for customer service and had long wait times to be told someone would have to call back and they did not - this was on two occasions. The blue tooth on the device, I was told by an IT person-because I could not reach the Inogen people, is non-functioning.
