GBI got the Inogen I got the Inogen. The bedside oxygen did not work. The portable is too heavy. I have been waiting for weeks and weeks to recurve labels to return your equipment. This is ridiculous. I have never had such terrible service. I don’t know what to do to get this equipment returned. I have had many conversations but no action. Please help me. I don’t want your equipment

GBEasy Usage I enjoy my G4 and the freedom it gives me. I’m 93 years old and find it easy to operate. The questions I have asked of customer support have all been always been answered and the representatives have been courteous. Thank You.

GBInogen is excellent I’ve used several portables but always had difficulty because they used carts and were terribly heavy to load and unload in my car. My new Inogen is wonderfully light and so much easier to use. The sales person at Inogen was wonderful to work with and I’m extremely pleased I bought this unit. Thank you Inogen!

GBI called for customer service and had… I called for customer service and had long wait times to be told someone would have to call back and they did not - this was on two occasions. The blue tooth on the device, I was told by an IT person-because I could not reach the Inogen people, is non-functioning.
