GBIt was life changing for me. It was life changing for me to receive catheters from Patient Care Medical. I had been reusing (alcohol soaked) ones that I received in 1992 after my cancer surgery. I never thought that I could afford to purchase them. Patient Care Medical was understanding of my situation and worked with me and my insurance. I’ll always be grateful to them.

He helped me with getting my doctor's prescription, keeping me informed, making sure my supplies were sent to me and on time. I had some difficulties and Nick went above and beyond my expectations. GBOverall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

Mrs. Stacy W. was most helpful and a professional when It came to the types of catheters I needed. Before my information could be verified, She was able to set me up with Emergency Catheters before my order was placed.
