He helped me with getting my doctor's prescription, keeping me informed, making sure my supplies were sent to me and on time. I had some difficulties and Nick went above and beyond my expectations. Overall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

Chase has been helping me out for the… Chase has been helping me out for the past year. This was all new to me and intimidating. I had to start catheterizing on my own because I had terrible treatments from local urologists. Chase is professional, patient and caring. He gave me a lot of information and helped me get through it all. There was immediate delivery of product and excellent follow-up. I wish other corporations had more employees like Chase and the world would be a better place.
