They have supplied my catheters for 8 years They have supplied my catheters for years with no problem. This last order there was a problem and Laura(the person who manages my account) called to inform me right away that Medicare was not going to cover due to some audit. She gave me my options and even looked into other ways to work around the problem. She knew that I was distressed about the issue and sent me out multiple different products for me to try. She went out of her way for me and they really offer their clients great support.
