Great customer service! Thankfully I was rescued by Lara at Patient Care Medical from another supplier who did not have my best interests at heart. I am a Medicare patient, was having trouble with infections and was caught short on supplies. Lara couldn't have been more helpful. She really went to bat for me in obtaining samples and setting me up with a much better infection-preventing product.
