This last order there was a problem and Laura(the person who manages my account) called to inform me right away that Medicare was not going to cover due to some audit. She gave me my options and even looked into other ways to work around the problem. She knew that I was distressed about the issue and sent me out multiple different products for me to try. She went out of her way for me and they really offer their clients great support.

She visited me the same day with samples and all the answers to my concerns and questions were answered. I am so happy my urologist referred me to Ms. Washington and this company. The catheters (and the one I am choosing) are easy to use, top quality, and safe. The best part of the experience is that Ms. Washington is a caring professional representative. Great customer service! Thankfully I was rescued by Lara at Patient Care Medical from another supplier who did not have my best interests at heart. I am a Medicare patient, was having trouble with infections and was caught short on supplies. Lara couldn't have been more helpful. She really went to bat for me in obtaining samples and setting me up with a much better infection-preventing product. She's knowledgable, responsive and her communication with my doctor's office was great. I am very happy to have made the switch to Patient Care Medical.
