Super easy and quick… The process was super easy and quick from getting a quote to returning the machine. Staff were responsive and answered any questions I had. I rented a machine for vacation (driving) because I had limited space and no room for multiple oxygen tanks. This was a PERFECT size. Worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

My machine didn’t work properly My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

Stepped up and made it happen for elderly mom We were left high and dry when we thought we were going with Oxygen to Go. My 87 yr old mother broke down and cried. I tried to figure out what had happened and was unsatisfied with there service or explanations. Liberty Medical answered promptly, returned calls with some prompting, and really made everything come together to get a portable oxygen for mom to fly home to her own place. Yvette was kind, professional and easy to talk to. She offered assistance if we needed help with the forms and showed us exactly what we were getting and how to return it after we got her home. I am very happy with this company and it’s compassion.

Evette at Liberty was amazing I just want to say that Evette from Liberty Medical went above and beyond to get us an 02 concentrator to use on our airplane flight from Chicago to Arizona!!! My husband had made a trip to Chicago for business and ended up in the hospital and rehab. from Covid. The rehab hospital would not release him to fly unless he had an 02 concentrator. So when contacted by the hospitals care coordinator, Evette went into action calling me and getting every detail to make this happen overnight for our flight the following day. We can't say enough about what a great job she did. We would use Liberty again, if we are ever in need of a concentrator or any other oxygen.
