Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

Customer Service was top notch Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

i was in need for batteries and i have… i was in need for batteries and i have only few days before my international travel. i called Liberty Medical about battery availability, they don't have it at the time, but they can get it in timely manner. they did excellent customer service. i really appreciate the staff. if they say they can do it than they will do it because they are Liberty Medical.
