My machine didn’t work properly My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. LIBERTY MEDICAL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME TO DECIDE WHICH UNIT TO PURCHASE. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.
