They literally do it all for you from contacting the dr to getting you what you need an sending it back is as simple as slapping a return label on the box that they provided an sending it back. Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.
