I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. They literally do it all for you from contacting the dr to getting you what you need an sending it back is as simple as slapping a return label on the box that they provided an sending it back. This company cares for the elderly an isnt charging an arm an leg to get them quality care they deserve. Best advice is use liberty medical for all your medical needs because they have not lost their compassion an humanity.

Evette at Liberty was amazing I just want to say that Evette from Liberty Medical went above and beyond to get us an 02 concentrator to use on our airplane flight from Chicago to Arizona!!! My husband had made a trip to Chicago for business and ended up in the hospital and rehab. from Covid. The rehab hospital would not release him to fly unless he had an 02 concentrator. So when contacted by the hospitals care coordinator, Evette went into action calling me and getting every detail to make this happen overnight for our flight the following day. We can't say enough about what a great job she did. We would use Liberty again, if we are ever in need of a concentrator or any other oxygen.

Phenomenal Customer Service I’ve contacted and worked with MANY medical companies and Liberty Medical is by far the BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough with every single order. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable if having to pay out of pocket. The customer service is the best, they are beyond friendly and make the process smooth and easy. I used Liberty Medical's buyback… *Updated to 5 stars once I understood the testing process that had to be done before completing the buyback. Super responsive company. I used Liberty Medical's buyback program for oxygen concentrators. They were quick to respond, provided a fair quote for the equipment, and sent prepaid shipping labels for sending the equipment to them. They were very responsive throughout the process. It did take 2 weeks to receive payment, which is the only bit of the process that might be improved.
