Your customer service with your vet and… Your customer service with your vet and Krister was exceptional. They were very informed they knew exactly what was needed, and how to fulfill the order and went above and beyond their normal duties they were a great help.

Exceptional service for Portable Oxygen Compactor I stumbled across this company by accident. I buy American and prefer to shop with Vets. A Saturday call to their Odessa office resulted in an education from Krista I would otherwise have missed if left to my own. She was professional, compassionate, informed, and patient, something at 78 years old I now need more and more. I honestly felt like family. Today, Monday, my Saturday call to them was followed up promptly by Yevette, an obvious clone of Krista. Having called five other suppliers last week, this was the call where magic was performed, I got the equipment and instructions I needed, the care and consideration of a King and the good humor of family. This will be my medical supplier from now on. Period!!

Customer Service was top notch Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

Trained friendly staff and always… Trained friendly staff and always answered fone calls. Delivered exactly as stated and on time. Equipment clean and functioned well. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who asks and will definitely use them for future needs. Thank you (Had called other companies offering same services however after a quick conversation realized I would not be using them due to attitude over the fone and unwillingness to answer simple questions)

Super easy and quick… The process was super easy and quick from getting a quote to returning the machine. Staff were responsive and answered any questions I had. I rented a machine for vacation (driving) because I had limited space and no room for multiple oxygen tanks. This was a PERFECT size. Worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.
