Very Satisfied I live in Denver. Liberty was extremely reliable. I received my oxygen concentrator a day earlier than promised. Everything needed was in the box, including a return shipping label. I was only charged for the period from when my plane left and returned. Everything worked perfectly. I was concerned that I was investing over $400 up front. Before ordering I spoke with two of the company's executives. They were very helpful and supportive. I felt that if I encountered any problems, they would treat me fairly.

Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

I could cry from relief Our Mom was recently prescribed home oxygen and this is all new to us. We had planned a milestone celebration for over a year and in a “post” COVID world also entailing a flight for vacation. In a semi last minute panic discovered the need for an oxygen concentrator. Yvette and Krista were beyond helpful. We got the POC in advance of our trip as a rental with a machine that covers flight, air travel, being out and about as well as sleeping (supports pulse and continuous). I cannot express the relief this service and solution has given me in a time of stress. The entire box sets you up to easily use right away. Easy to use the machine. When we are done with our trip I can return it easily with a PPD shipping label & box. Cannot highly recommend enough.

I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. Stepped up and made it happen for elderly mom We were left high and dry when we thought we were going with Oxygen to Go. My 87 yr old mother broke down and cried. I tried to figure out what had happened and was unsatisfied with there service or explanations. Liberty Medical answered promptly, returned calls with some prompting, and really made everything come together to get a portable oxygen for mom to fly home to her own place. Yvette was kind, professional and easy to talk to. She offered assistance if we needed help with the forms and showed us exactly what we were getting and how to return it after we got her home. I am very happy with this company and it’s compassion.
