Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

Stepped up and made it happen for elderly mom We were left high and dry when we thought we were going with Oxygen to Go. My 87 yr old mother broke down and cried. I tried to figure out what had happened and was unsatisfied with there service or explanations. Liberty Medical answered promptly, returned calls with some prompting, and really made everything come together to get a portable oxygen for mom to fly home to her own place. Yvette was kind, professional and easy to talk to. She offered assistance if we needed help with the forms and showed us exactly what we were getting and how to return it after we got her home. I am very happy with this company and it’s compassion.

My machine didn’t work properly My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

Phenomenal Customer Service I’ve contacted and worked with MANY medical companies and Liberty Medical is by far the BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough with every single order. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable if having to pay out of pocket. The customer service is the best, they are beyond friendly and make the process smooth and easy. Thank you for making something usually so difficult so much easier! I also very rarely write reviews so you know this is an amazing company if I wrote this much!

Customer Service was top notch Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.
