They literally do it all for you from contacting the dr to getting you what you need an sending it back is as simple as slapping a return label on the box that they provided an sending it back. This company cares for the elderly an isnt charging an arm an leg to get them quality care they deserve. Best advice is use liberty medical for all your medical needs because they have not lost their compassion an humanity.

i was in need for batteries and i have… i was in need for batteries and i have only few days before my international travel. i called Liberty Medical about battery availability, they don't have it at the time, but they can get it in timely manner. they did excellent customer service. i really appreciate the staff. if they say they can do it than they will do it because they are Liberty Medical. Evette at Liberty was amazing I just want to say that Evette from Liberty Medical went above and beyond to get us an 02 concentrator to use on our airplane flight from Chicago to Arizona!!! My husband had made a trip to Chicago for business and ended up in the hospital and rehab. from Covid. The rehab hospital would not release him to fly unless he had an 02 concentrator. So when contacted by the hospitals care coordinator, Evette went into action calling me and getting every detail to make this happen overnight for our flight the following day. We can't say enough about what a great job she did. We would use Liberty again, if we are ever in need of a concentrator or any other oxygen.

I used Liberty Medical's buyback… *Updated to 5 stars once I understood the testing process that had to be done before completing the buyback. Super responsive company. I used Liberty Medical's buyback program for oxygen concentrators. They were quick to respond, provided a fair quote for the equipment, and sent prepaid shipping labels for sending the equipment to them. They were very responsive throughout the process. It did take 2 weeks to receive payment, which is the only bit of the process that might be improved.
