GBGreat Customer Service New customer and cheaper watch didn't work as went off today and didn't even know. Helped find better alternative and gave me discount price for SOS watch since would been best choice from beginning anyway. Great company overall!

GBThe gentleman was so patient with all… The gentleman was so patient with all of my questions, and he even had follow up questions for me to be sure I really understood the features on the alarm. Bedside/manner is HUGE!

GBNice and then not so nice This company is very nice when you sign up but the actual experience is chaos and impersonal. First problem was on us as my mom cannot understand the voice on the speaker and for those who have hearing aids the problem is the low quality of the speaker sound as well as the responder had a thick accent and she could not understand him. She had fallen so this got her pretty stressed. The second problem is how many phone calls I received w/in 0 secs. Pure chaos! I called the company after each fall, hoping they could help me fix but they were clueless. I actually felt like maybe cust service was staffed my robotics. Although I have not gotten our service switched yet,bcz of medical problems ironically, I would not recommend.

GBIt took forever to get the rep to… It took forever to get the rep to understand that the watch would turn off while still having a charge. This is not a difficult concept and easily conveys the problem. The watch charges but randomly turns off while still having a charge. They also refused to extend the trial period even though I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks. I have email confirmation of the delays that Bay Alarm Medical used.
