GBinitial struggles gave way to great customer service I struggled with this company after my friend passed. I wanted to cancel her alarm and had to jump through hoops of filling out forms for cancellation and faxing things and sending equipment back. I was never able to get any confirmation and I kept being charged even months after I’d submitted everything and mailed back the equipment. Today, a new employee contacted me. They were going through and cleaning up account issues. When I explained the situation, they apologized for the confusion, they agreed with me that it should have been an easier process, and they were able to get the cancellation pushed through. All I had to do was send a brief reply to the cancellation email I sent. Today was a great experience.

GBNew to Bay Alarm Medical We are new to the company but setup was easy. The staff who respond to the "HELP"buttons are very nice and understanding of the testing process! The customer service representatives, specifically Elizabeth and Asa, are so nice and willing to help with my online edits.
