USIt took forever to get the rep to… It took forever to get the rep to understand that the watch would turn off while still having a charge. This is not a difficult concept and easily conveys the problem. The watch charges but randomly turns off while still having a charge. They also refused to extend the trial period even though I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks. I have email confirmation of the delays that Bay Alarm Medical used.
