GBIt took forever to get the rep to… It took forever to get the rep to understand that the watch would turn off while still having a charge. This is not a difficult concept and easily conveys the problem. The watch charges but randomly turns off while still having a charge. They also refused to extend the trial period even though I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks. I have email confirmation of the delays that Bay Alarm Medical used.

GBinitial struggles gave way to great customer service I struggled with this company after my friend passed. I wanted to cancel her alarm and had to jump through hoops of filling out forms for cancellation and faxing things and sending equipment back. I was never able to get any confirmation and I kept being charged even months after I’d submitted everything and mailed back the equipment. Today, a new employee contacted me. They were going through and cleaning up account issues. When I explained the situation, they apologized for the confusion, they agreed with me that it should have been an easier process, and they were able to get the cancellation pushed through. All I had to do was send a brief reply to the cancellation email I sent. Today was a great experience.

GBGreat Customer Service New customer and cheaper watch didn't work as went off today and didn't even know. Helped find better alternative and gave me discount price for SOS watch since would been best choice from beginning anyway. Great company overall!

GBBill was very friendly and patient Bill was very friendly and patient. He was knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. He apologized for the items that were missing from my shipment and sent them to my email. I hope when I call again with questions that I will get Bill or someone else just as good!
