SOS Mobile device We purchased the SOS Mobile personal medical alarm and added fall detection for our 92-year-old father. It is so simple to use, he has no problem at all. He keeps the charger bedside, so the device is within reach all night and fully charged all day. Also, Bay Alarm Medical responds immediately when he tests his device--comforting.

New to Bay Alarm Medical We are new to the company but setup was easy. The staff who respond to the "HELP"buttons are very nice and understanding of the testing process! The customer service representatives, specifically Elizabeth and Asa, are so nice and willing to help with my online edits.

It took forever to get the rep to… It took forever to get the rep to understand that the watch would turn off while still having a charge. This is not a difficult concept and easily conveys the problem. The watch charges but randomly turns off while still having a charge. They also refused to extend the trial period even though I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks. I have email confirmation of the delays that Bay Alarm Medical used.
