initial struggles gave way to great customer service I struggled with this company after my friend passed. I wanted to cancel her alarm and had to jump through hoops of filling out forms for cancellation and faxing things and sending equipment back. I was never able to get any confirmation and I kept being charged even months after I’d submitted everything and mailed back the equipment. Today, a new employee contacted me. They were going through and cleaning up account issues. When I explained the situation, they apologized for the confusion, they agreed with me that it should have been an easier process, and they were able to get the cancellation pushed through. All I had to do was send a brief reply to the cancellation email I sent. Today was a great experience.

The CSR understood my specific reason… The CSR understood my specific reason for calling, listened to me carefully. She was so welcoming I went on to ask other questions and came away with much more knowledge about the product, suggestions about the device I have, options for upgrading because I am considering upgrade to the All-in-One product and explained the upgrade process thoroughly.
