Excellent consultation Patient was well educated, to the point and knew what to tell the doctor and what to discuss. Platform used is very simple and it is easy to generate prescription.

Great Service all round Great Service on the whole. Doctor was great and booking was easy. Unfortunately, I needed support when trying to get the prescription from the pharmacy as they needed it emailed directly to the pharmacy. However, the after support would not respond until over 45 minutes later. Resolved in the end. But the online support after the appointment needs to improve

Most of their health issues could be addressed on this platform rather than coming physically to the consulting room. Everyone has to subscribe to this innovative medical idea. Those who needs physical examination and investigations are requested to come to hospital for those test to be requested.
