Excellent service! Especially for travellers & expats. This is an excellent service! It is particularly useful to travelers, expats, or people in countries where medical services are only basic. I received a face to face online call consultation with Dr Hoi Sang; he was thorough, patient & advised me about further treatment options, despite it being late at night. I would also like to say a special thanks to the service's online assistant Annie. Annie is more than professional; she responded to my enquiry almost immediately & was kind, reassuring, as well as efficient. Annie alone, lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders. Had the issue resolved within an hour. Amazing service, I had an abscess and needed an emergency consultation. I was talking with someone (Annie) from the service team the whole time who helped me to book a consultation. The doctor i had booked with wasnt available for the issue i had but this was quickly resolved, Annie arranged for a different doctor to see me within 15 minutes. I Had the issue resolved within an hour. The service is great and they are very helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a consultation!

Total Con . Avoid Total Con. The prescriptions issued, which is the most important bit , are worthless. We went to 4 chemists in Hungary today and each on claimed its was a fake. The bar codes did nothing. Be aware this site will take your money and you get nothing back. It's a big con . They refused a refund . Please don't waste your money like we did
