Great Service all round Great Service on the whole. Doctor was great and booking was easy. Unfortunately, I needed support when trying to get the prescription from the pharmacy as they needed it emailed directly to the pharmacy. However, the after support would not respond until over 45 minutes later. Resolved in the end. But the online support after the appointment needs to improve

Excellent service! Especially for travellers & expats. This is an excellent service! It is particularly useful to travelers, expats, or people in countries where medical services are only basic. I received a face to face online call consultation with Dr Hoi Sang; he was thorough, patient & advised me about further treatment options, despite it being late at night. I would also like to say a special thanks to the service's online assistant Annie. Annie is more than professional; she responded to my enquiry almost immediately & was kind, reassuring, as well as efficient. Annie alone, lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders. Very helpful! Definitely a useful site to go to if you are concerned about something going on. The doctor I spoke to was very nice and helpful. This actually a legit thing in case anyone was skeptical about it.

Very convenient and professional service This service is excellent! I needed to see a doctor from my country as I work remotely and was away on a trip and got Covid. I was able to get a medical certificate for my job. Dr Mayo was very professional even the customer service who contacted me via whatsapp and all the emails I received guiding me on how the system works. I will definitely use it again
