I received a face to face online call consultation with Dr Hoi Sang; he was thorough, patient & advised me about further treatment options, despite it being late at night. I would also like to say a special thanks to the service's online assistant Annie. Annie is more than professional; she responded to my enquiry almost immediately & was kind, reassuring, as well as efficient. Annie alone, lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders. Great Service all round Great Service on the whole. Doctor was great and booking was easy. Unfortunately, I needed support when trying to get the prescription from the pharmacy as they needed it emailed directly to the pharmacy. However, the after support would not respond until over 45 minutes later. Resolved in the end. But the online support after the appointment needs to improve
