I think Dr I think Dr. Galen is a good company as far as telemedicine is concerned. There is efficiency in contacting the patient, coordinating with the physician, especially concerning appointments and a high level of responsiveness and efficiency. I recommended it to any fellow physician who wants to use telemedicine in his/her practice.

Great Service all round Great Service on the whole. Doctor was great and booking was easy. Unfortunately, I needed support when trying to get the prescription from the pharmacy as they needed it emailed directly to the pharmacy. However, the after support would not respond until over 45 minutes later. Resolved in the end. But the online support after the appointment needs to improve

Total Con . Avoid Total Con. The prescriptions issued, which is the most important bit , are worthless. We went to 4 chemists in Hungary today and each on claimed its was a fake. The bar codes did nothing. Be aware this site will take your money and you get nothing back. It's a big con . They refused a refund . Please don't waste your money like we did
