This is a scam website and scam… This is a scam website and scam company. They are using physician information and credentials without their consent. Most of the physicians on their listing that you can make an appointment with actually dont work with dr.galen. They have profiles for multiple physicians I work with listed there with ‘book an appointment’ link added. This is actually a crime and DEA or the medical boards arent going to be pleased with this company.

as a doctor that works with dr.galen dr.galen is a technology that helps connect patients and doctors in this digital era. the admin is also very helpful in the service process to run smoothly, hopefully it will get better and better.

Excellent service! Especially for travellers & expats. This is an excellent service! It is particularly useful to travelers, expats, or people in countries where medical services are only basic. I received a face to face online call consultation with Dr Hoi Sang; he was thorough, patient & advised me about further treatment options, despite it being late at night. I would also like to say a special thanks to the service's online assistant Annie. Annie is more than professional; she responded to my enquiry almost immediately & was kind, reassuring, as well as efficient. Annie alone, lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders.
