They should warn you about that or structure then with common items people can use instead.

HKThank you very much for the course Thank you very much for the course. I went through several months of dark time, a process I won’t go into detail. I just started the course 2 days ago and I understand the principle and real cause of this pain. I knew the cause of my pain was from sitting for a long time, so I immediately did the movements in the picture for ten minutes. A miracle happened. I relieved the pain by 90%. It was incredible. Now I use 30 to 60 minutes to do this stretching exercises everyday. Sorry, I haven't actually started watching the stretching and trigger point video course. PLI feel pretty confused about how to do… I feel pretty confused about how to do this course properly. For example the stretching routine - you showed the exercises but I don't remember whether anyone said how often I should do them and for how long. Same applies to the following exercises. I can't tell yet if the exercises help me or not.
